The original house built in 1924 @ 500 sq ft. In 1980 added 1429 sq ft. and stuccoed the outside. In 1983 added 22 X 24 garage / workshop. In 2006 installed new laminate flooring in front half of house. In 2008 completely remodeled both bathrooms including new vanities / mirrors, Stone floors and splash backs with radiant heat floors, custom shower doors, back bathroom has a large two head shower with 3 head body sprayer and Roman Bench. Also remodeled front room with new door and window seat. The same year completely remodeled outside. Wrought iron fences and gates, planters, sandstone walkway and porch, brick face and pillars, redwood fence down the East side and redwood gates on both sides. Wrought iron fence in the back with remote opening gate off alley. In 2009 installed central air / forced heating and heat with Nutone vents in bathrooms. The same year remodeled garage with side work bench, closed in workshop, storage loft and replaced garage access door with old front door and security screen (heavy). In 2011 replaced remaining carpeting. All floors now relatively new. In 2012 installed new ceiling fans. New doors installed throughout. In 2022 a new roof was installed. In 2023 the house was painted as well as the ironwork, the windows were replaced, and the attic was insulated.
