Two Bedrooms, One Private Bathroom, Designated Garage Parking Space in Shared House We have a tri-level house with two available bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway, all on the upper, separated level of the house. One bedroom is a large (154 square feet) owner's bedroom. The second bedroom is a 99-square-foot office space. Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet space large enough to put a dresser in. The main level of the house has a furnished living room, a large coat closet, a furnished dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook or bake. The garden level of the house includes a bedroom where one housemate sleeps, another full bathroom, and a bonus family room, all furnished. The basement includes another bedroom where the other housemate sleeps, a bonus art/storage room, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for you to use, as well as additional storage shelves if needed. The garage is an oversized two-car garage. The housemates use one side for minimal storage, so you will have ample space to park a large vehicle and store any needed items on the shelves. The backyard is fenced, and there is a covered patio and a barbecue charcoal grill. What's included: ALL UTILITIES, including high-speed internet and central air conditioning, private use of your own bathroom, and the bonus bedroom that would be excellent for an office space if you work remotely. Your two housemates are young adults who would like a clean, quiet roommate. We both work full-time though on different schedules. We hope to have someone who regularly cleans their personal spaces and cleans up after themselves in the kitchen. Two references from former landlords and/or employers are required. Two blocks from the home is the beautiful Mission Viejo Park, as well as designated bike lanes around the circle that connect to the Meadow Hills Trail and the Cherry Creek Trail, a 45-mile multi-use trail that runs from downtown Denver to Franktown. Within walking distance of the house are two major bus routes.The Nine Mile Light Rail Station Park and Ride, with connections to Denver International Airport, Denver Tech Center, and downtown Denver, is just a 3.5-mile drive or bike ride along the designated paths. Also within walking distance, there is a King Soopers (Kroger) supermarket, a Lowe's hardware store, a Target, and a variety of fast food, sushi, Mexican, and Thai restaurants. Cherry Creek State Park, filled with trails and a reservoir for every water activity, is just 2.5 miles down the road. Sorry, no pets, but two cats do live in the house.
