Recently renovated second floor unit in Norwich. This unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces, in unit laundry, newer kitchen and bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Please take a look at the pictures to see how it looked right before the prior tenant moved out. Please note that the bedrooms are set up in a shotgun style floorplan so you must exit one of the bedrooms by going through the bathroom or through the other bedroom so probably not best for 2 friends that want to rent something together. You can see this if you look at the last picture, it is the floorplan for the unit with approximate room sizes. Also note that the recliner couch and bedroom set were left by the previous tenant so those can either stay or be removed depending on your preference. Tenant will be responsible for gas, heat, and electric and the unit has electric baseboard heat, water and sewer are paid by the owner. No pets allowed. This unit is available immediately. Credit and background check to be paid by the applicant and will be done through Zillow. This should be a $29 fee. We are looking for tenants with at least a 625 credit score and bringing in at least $2,200 per month between all of the tenants.
