I've lived here for five years and have a great relationship with the homeowners. The house has a spacious front and back yard and is pet-friendly I have a dog and a cat, so animal lovers are welcome! The basement has been converted into a private 500 sq. ft. studio with an additional 300 sq. ft. of closet space, a kitchenette, and storage. The room itself is huge and includes its own bathroom and wet bar. The upstairs kitchen is shared, but the basement kitchenette is fully set up if you prefer your own space. Laundry is on-site, and there's plenty of on-street parking. The layout is perfect for maintaining privacy while still sharing a home, making it feel like we each have our own space. I'm in my mid-forties, work full-time, and am a part-time artist. I also teach wilderness skills and enjoy yoga, getting into nature, and participating in art shows during the summer. While I no longer party, I do enjoy a few beers or occasional plant medicine. I value peace, quiet, and privacy, and I tend to wake up and go to bed early. I'm looking for a single renter (no couples, please) who is employed, responsible, and respectful. You're welcome to have friends over occasionally, but this is not a party house. Absolutely no drug addictions or alcoholism or bigotry will be tolerated. This is an LGBTQ-friendly home. The homeowners require a rental history, background check, and a one-year lease. Rent and utilities are split evenly, coming to approximately $1,200 $1,300 per month each.
