It's a standalone unit with a private patio, grill, and plenty of space to relax or entertain. The home has lots of natural light, thanks to several skylights, and a big shared living room that opens into a fully stocked kitchen complete with a dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and long granite counters for cooking.
