Beautifully FURNISHED new home we rebuilt 2 years ago. We're located on Huntington Harbor (Sunset Island), the closest island to Sunset Beach. We have a dock with paddleboards and are located 2 blocks from the ocean. There are four en suite bedrooms and one extra half bath. The downstairs bedroom has barn style doors with slight gaps so not 100% private. There's an upstairs family room with a TV and downstairs kitchen and family room. Most of the views face the water. The home is light and bright. You'll be able to walk to bars, coffee, restaurants within just a few short blocks. We love this area for relatively few crowds and it's proximity to everything we need and want. Sunset Beach is stunning and never crowded. There is a green belt located two blocks away that extends to a pathway for walking and biking all the way to Newport. The harbor is social and fun. Our one car garage will accommodate one small to medium size sedan. Another car can park in front of the garage. Two extra parking passes are available for additional parking one block away. Rent duration is minimum of 31 days to a MAXIMUM of 180 days between 1/18/2025 - 7/6/2025. We prefer no pets but will consider a small dog under 20 lbs. No cats allowed as I am allergic. $10,000/month and $10,000 security deposit. $400/month for electric, gas, water, trash. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Sonos system available but renters must be considerate of neighbors and adhere to noise ordinances. Rent duration: MINIMUM 31 days; MAXIMUM 180 DAYS or until July 6, 2024, whichever comes first. Will consider one small dog if house trained and any barking must be controlled as to not disturb neighbors. No boats can dock at this home, but there are boat/duffy rentals one block away. Gatherings of more than 10 people must be pre-approved by homeowner.
