Great location with a country feel to it. The inside has new carpet and is freshly painted. The appliances that are included are nice as well as the entire feel on the home. It would rent for more than the cost of owning it, but the park doesn't allow that. Another thing not allowed is dogs. The space rent is 215 which includes water, sewer and trash.
