I have a room for rent in a 5 bed 4.5 bath home in Eastlake (Chula Vista). Room includes your own private bathroom and very spacious closet. We can add a small refrigerator and microwave for you if you wish. This room is ideal for a single person as it will be in a home with a family. You would have your own separate entrance and would not have to engage with anyone. Eastlake has plenty of trails, parks, and outdoor space for walks. We're very close to plenty of shopping centers, restaurants and the 125 highway just blocks away. No smokers or pets please. Monthly obligations would be your rent which would include all the following: utilities- cox wifi, electricity, trash and water.
