Upstairs is 2 large bedrooms and a medium sized room, large hallway, and another full bath. AC unit is only 3 years old. 12 month lease is required. Tenants will be asked in January if they are re-renting and given first right if they have a good relationship with landlords. We LOVE renting properties to current tentants! There is a $250 pet registration fee and $49/month in pet rent.
