The mansion originally served as the Battery House Inn until 1900. The stylish two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom unit retains all the original charm while incorporating modern touches and updates throughout. In the space, you'll find a spacious apartment in the heart of Charleston, offering breathtaking views of the harbor. The two-story apartment boasts high-end furnishings in the family room, a 6-person table in the dining room, and a newly renovated kitchen with a washer and dryer. Upon ascending the stairs, you'll discover two full suites. Each suite features a queen bed and dresser for storage, and the master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. You'll have shared access to the main floor veranda, just steps away, where you can enjoy the sweeping views of the harbor. The Kitchen is also fully furnished with all dishes and cookware. Please note that the apartment has steps to enter, and both bedrooms are located on the second floor. Additionally, we do not allow parties or music on the veranda, and the maximum number of guests allowed on the property is four. Pets are not permitted. This is a smoke free property and pets are not allowed. We are offering 6 and 12 month lease options.
