Very easy access to Stoneham/Malden/Woburn etc Great Location! Room: One private bedroom w/ shared bathroom (bathroom is shared with one other tenant). There is a shared living room, indoor porch/sunroom as well as a small shared workout space. Some shared kitchen basics are provided (fridge space/pantry space/basic cookware/appliances) also some extra kitchen storage available. One parking space in driveway provided at no extra fee Free washer and dryer in basement; shared Roommates: There are 2 roommates (one female/one male) who occupy the upper level and have their own bathroom on their floor. You would be sharing the bottom level with one other male roommate who would share the 2nd bathroom. Everyone in the unit is all working mid-30s professionals who are fairly low key, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with; ideally looking for the same. We are 420 friendly but keep it to a designated porch space or outside. Drinks are fine but it is not a house of massive party animals. We refrain from smoking any tobacco inside the house, but outside is fine. Trash / Recycling duties are shared on a rotation and we chip in with some light yardwork from time to time.
