The living room and dining area offers comfortable seating -TV and internet and dining set. There is a single twin on the first floor as is the family bath (tub/shower combo). On the second floor are three rooms each with a double bed (2 rooms have a/c units) and a half-bath at the top of the stairs. This is a great home and area for families as it is located on a quiet residential street with no thru traffic. This home does not have a washer/dryer but the Laundromat is 5 minutes from home. Ask about our "off season" Rates. No Pets, No Smoking please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
