Brand new gutted to the studs bathroom in August of 2012 with an American Standard Americast tub and full tile surround, Symmons Tub Faucet, Kohler toilet, Moen Faucet on the vanity, we also had the contractor install an access panel behind the tub in the Master Bedroom to access the valve. Also at the same time we replaced the hot water heater and all shutoff valves for the water supplies to the kitchen and Bathroom. The kitchen faucet is also a new Delta Faucet. The floors were all replaced with carpet and tile in 2007 right before we purchased. Also in August the balcony was fully replaced by the condo association.
