This property is just a 5 minute walk to the Oak Grove Station if you need quick and easy access to the city. Although it is conveniently located near a T Station, the house is settled in a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. It's a very safe, cozy side of Malden with lots to offer nearby. If you are a runner or walker, Pine Banks Park is just down the Main St towards Melrose.
