Guest access Guests have full access to the entire basement unit via their own private entryway on the side of the home. Guests have 100% unimpeded access to the unit, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, designer kitchen, bathroom, living room (with Sofa Bed), and side entrance seating area. Please note: We kindly ask that Guests only use the driveway for unloading luggage initially. Once luggage is unloaded, simply park across the street in front of the playground. Upper Suite has 2 vehicles and must have access to the Garage via the driveway at all times. Suite is a basement suite however was curated and designed to be quite sound proof from the family living above with ample in floor insulation, and full system separation (your own heating systems) . You may encounter the upper suite guests in passing (only outside) as they share the garbage and recycling stations.
