The community is gated and pet friendly with amenities such as a pool, gym, roof-top deck and 24/7 on-site security guards. My unit also has 1 deeded parking spot. The bedroom closet has new custom built-ins. The kitchen was recently renovated with a new backsplash and industrial shelving. The large bare wall was also recently painted and still has a few areas that need touch-ups, but it will be completed before the lease starts. This unit is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Atlanta Beltline. Carrol St is right at the back gate with restaurants such as Milltown Arms, Cabbage Pie, Littles, and Carrol Street Cafe. Krog Street Market and the Belt Line are less than a 10 minute walk!
