    This is a beautifully renovated ground floor apartment located in the carriage house with one other unit above you. As soon as you enter, you go into the eat-in kitchen with a ton of counter space and cabinets, as well as a separate coffee bar area for coffee pot and small appliances. The living room is separated and has hardwood floors and faux wood blinds. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a good size (around 14 x12) with a good size closet, ceiling fan and hardwood floors. The second bedroom is small (approximately 8x10) and is great for an office or guest room. The large bathroom has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and plenty of extra room in it for a make-up station, armoire, bureau or anything you want. There's additional storage space under the stairs that is great for suitcases. You have access to the basement to store items that aren't affected by moisture. It's an unfinished basement. There are pallets available to keep the items off the ground. The location is great and the North End offers a lot of different opportunities to walk around. Less than a mile from Livingston Park and the trails there. The outside space is fantastic, with patio furniture and tables available to work outside, bbq or just socialize. We love gardening, so there's a large raised garden bed for shared use. It's a quiet community and we strive to keep it that way. It's a requirement that the dogs are introduced prior to lease signing to make sure they fit with the group or access to the yard with the dog will need to be restricted for safety. You'll love living here. It's a great space in a great location. There is shared (free) laundry in the main house, just outside your door essentially as well as a gym with weights, stationary bike and more. Everything was renovated about two and a half years ago. Minimum lease is 9 months to 2 years. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. No cats. There are restrictions on breed of dog allowed due to insurance restrictions. Small, yapping dogs or aggressive dogs (towards people or other dogs) are not allowed. No smoking on premises, inside or outside, including vaping and marijuana. One parking space on site, but ample street parking available. Responsibility to clean your own stairs of snow and to assist in taking the trash cans to the curb. Owner is a licensed real estate agent(retired). It's a great dog-friendly community with a total of 8 units - 6 in the large house and 2 in the carriage house. Available now!
