WINTER/SNOWBIRD RENTAL ONLY AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2025 - MARCH 1, 2026 Tours are not permitted due to this being a vacation rental. Looking for a warm winter escape? Snowbirds are welcome to enjoy our oceanfront condo with stunning views from a private balcony. This 2-bedroom penthouse features two separate sleeping areas, including an oceanfront room that can be closed off with a door for added privacy. The second sleeping area is open (no door). Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, you'll be just steps from the sand and within walking distance of many popular attractions. This tastefully decorated unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The resort offers several water amenities, including a 150-foot lazy river, indoor/ outdoor pool, and hot tubs. When you walk into this lovely, privately owned condo, you will enter a bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser, Smart TV, and loveseat. The oceanfront room is a hybrid living room/bedroom featuring a brand-new pillow-top king-size bed, a pull-out queen sofa bed, along with a dining table, Smart TV, dresser, and door separating the space from the rest of the unit. This setup allows some privacy for guests vacationing with family, friends, or couples. Each room has its own seating area and television. Our vacation rental is available for monthly rentals only from October 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026. $1,275/month plus taxes, per local requirements (stays less than 90 days must pay 13% tax). A one-time $200 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent, along with a refundable security/damage deposit of $700. Housekeeping services with linen replacement can be added for an additional fee. All utilities are included in the monthly price, including cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests must allow pest control to enter the unit. They are scheduled to come once a month. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will enter and spray. No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. SNOWBIRD/WINTER RENTAL ONLY Unit is Available: Oct. 18 - March 1, 2026 The Condo is NOT available for showing due to occupied vacation renters. We will not rent to third parties! Guests must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first months rent, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due with the signed rental agreement. For insurance purposes, the minimum age required to rent is 25 years. Maximum 4 guests, including adults, infants, and children. No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $250.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. No towels, bathing suits, etc., hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. One set of linen/towels is included. These are not to be removed from the condo. Guests are not allowed to remove or rearrange any of the furniture. PARKING: The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two; you must have a permit displayed on the dashboard. (Permit will be in the unit when you arrive) No trailers, RVs, and campers are permitted. Parking is included with your monthly rental and is located one street over from the resort. AMENITIES: Resort amenities may not be available at certain times due to maintenance and/or upgrades. Guests cannot hold the host responsible for resort-controlled amenities. No refunds or rebates will be given.
