Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and payment is required in advance. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
