Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
