This particular unit has 2 window ac unit, 1 in the front and 1 in a bedroom (both brand new). The heat is controlled from a centralized heater in the living room. Although not technically central air, the window units keep the unit cool no problem. We are only doing 6 month leases, which turn into month to month. At the end of the 6 months if both parties feel it is a good long term fit, we would resign to a 1 year lease for good tenants. on top of the rent, there is $25/month charge that goes to pay for the required tenant renters insurance. This is the form we are using to gather potential tenants' information. $700/month, there is a $25/month charge that goes to pay for the required tenant renters insurance. $700 security deposit. 6-month lease turns into month-to-month. 1-year lease options are available to good tenants after that.
