We have lived in and owned this house since November 2008. It has a new roof, new gas heat and air, new 40 gallon gas hot water tank, updated bathrooms, floors, light fixtures, paint. New dishwasher, gas on glass cooktop, countertops, faucets, etc. The water supply lines are new pex and there is H/A in the garage. It is fully insulated and would be easy to enclose. We are including new bottom freezer fridge, gas dryer, and the washing machine just died, but negotiable if we need to replace it. This house sets on two large lots, has a privacy fence, garden spot, has extra parking and a large shop, and a garden shed. It lives really well and the owners before us had replaced aluminum patio door and windows with vinyl. It has lots of storage and insulation. If you want a good well kept house that just needs tweaked to be yours this is the house. We can handle the sale ourselves and bring up the abstract. We own it outright and have no mortgage and will provide a warranty deed. We even have the original blue prints. Also for pet lovers two doggy doors that allow access to the fenced in yard.
