The available room comes with a vintage desk and chair and a full-size bed. For storage, there is a white dresser in the room, as well as upper shelves in its closet. Shared spaces outside of the listed room include a book nook/library, a bathroom, a dining room, small kitchen, in-unit laundry room, and a large backyard/garden! Shared appliances include a dishwasher, washer and dryer, all books, kitchen fireplace, stove, microwave, and all pots and planters in the garden! Lease date is ~flexible~ since this is my family-owned apartment! We can definitely adjust to the academic calendar if needed :) The preferred length would be about 6 months with the possibility of extension.
