Purpose of Rental The rented room is to be used strictly for professional or business purposes such as therapy, counseling, coaching, consulting, or administrative office work. Residential use or overnight stays are strictly prohibited. 2. Monthly Rent Rent is $________ per month and is due on the 1st day of each month. Tobacco, Alcohol, and Substances Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
