Residential use or overnight stays are strictly prohibited. 2. Monthly Rent Rent is $________ per month and is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $________ may apply if payment is not received by the 5th of the month. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or other method agreed upon by both parties. 3. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $________ is required at the start of the lease. This deposit will be returned upon move-out, provided no damages or outstanding balances exist. 4.
