There's an off-street parking spot available as well. 7 minute walk to the Shaw; U St Metros (Green/Yellow Lines), and a block from 14th St restaurants, and walking distance to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. Logan Circle is in the heart of DC and accessible to so many attractions. The apartment is two stories of the four-story row house, with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, high ceilings, and great closet space. Has a small front yard to sit outside and a back patio. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and plenty of space. The bedroom photoed is available and comes unfurnished. (note that if you have a queen bed, you will need a box spring that can be broken down; the standard wood ones don't fit the angles of the staircase. A full is fine).
