Everything will be provided for you, including new bed linens & towels, coffee making machine, electric kettle etc. Washer & drier are available in-unit. You can also take advantage of a nice, shaded backyard patio with fire pit, grill and a large dining table to relax or entertain. Private parking is available in the driveway. Renters will also have access to a single kayak, a double kayak, 2 inflatable SUPs & two city bikes. Important note: we have a cat who has been living in the house with us. Exceptions can be made for pets: smaller size dogs that shed minimally (eg: labradoodles) and are well behaved, pets in vivariums / aquariums that are well maintained to avoid odors etc. Cats are more of a concern because they may feel uneasy with the scent left by our cat and may need to spray or otherwise try to mark territory. A separate, non-refundable deposit will be charged for a pet.
