This beautiful, meticulously kept two story upside-down home is the perfect home for making memories at the shore. It has an ideal location and is just a short walk to the beach or town. First floor family room is considered a guest bedroom with closet and cabinet space. The first floor room includes a telivison and sofa that doubles as a luxurious bed. There is an outside pool that can hold inflatable 5 feet avocados, 6 feet flamingos, 4 feet popsicles, 3 feet donuts, and giant 3 feet beach balls. The wonderfully sized pool also includes a sun self where chairs can be put for relaxing. Along with a pool there is a huge outside shower, perfect to accommodate beach goers and the disgusting sand that comes along with the beach. Next we have a pool house or bungalow that includes storage space, an office, wet bar, hanging out area, telivison ( the 3rd in the house and best I would say that also has Apple TV, Netflix, cable, and much much more.), paintings, sofa, refrigerator, dishwasher, led colored lights, and is hooked up with Alexa. This area also includes an air condition to accommodate those who don't like to be warm like myself, the youngest of three children. The outside space is fenced so it is animal friendly for the most energetic dogs like ours, Percy an Aussie doodle. The pool area and bungalow also have a hanging hammock chair that can hold up to 300 pounds and is attached to the private deck right above that is attached to the master suite.There is a set off area with a separate door to allow dogs and other animals to go to the bathroom without bothering the people in the house or destroying the beautiful tiles in the pool area. This area is finished with stones and has enough space to accommodate a sunfish boat with a trailer, 6 trash cans, and still have enough space for pets to let their energy out. The stone area also includes its own fence to enter into it from the outside even has an area that is covered so if it is raining your pet does not get wet. Now let’s move to the front of the house. When you first see the house you may think, “ what even is this ugly yellow house ewwwwww that auning tho??????”. Now do not worry this can be changed (tell my dad that pleaseeeeee). But if you look right in front of you, you will see an amazing lawn with abstract trees in front of an area with rocks and a picnic table positioned underneath the amazing upstairs deck. This area has maximum privacy and is the perfect place for young kids to hang out without distirbing the parents. *this is not complete sorry it will be finished soon*
