We just installed a high-efficiency Lennox Pulse furnace in February 2009 and high-efficiency windows on the west side of the home in May 2009 (the price guarantee will remain in effect until 2011-regardless of the owner). Overall, it is a comfortable home - fireplace in the living room (which does work, although we have not used it), breakfast nook that looks out onto the backyard, picture window in the living room to watch the changing weather and all the neighbors walk by. And, the basement is partially finished so the hubby can have his "man cave" : ) Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very close to Lake Erie. The homes are well-kept, as are the properties. There is an opportunity to become a member of a private beach club that serveral streets belong to. It is well-managed and also kept up beautifully. The planning committee has monthly events for the members and it is also possible to reserve the pavillion for private events. This was what sold us on buying this house - the luxury of having the lake and this nice club so close.
