About the Home: This well laid-out manufactured home has three good sized bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large living room, and a dedicated laundry room (washer/dryer shown in photos do not come furnished with the home). The kitchen has lots of natural light and room for an eat-in breakfast table. Admission Policy (PLEASE READ): We require a minimum credit score for all applicants of at least 625, at least two years of rental experience with positive current/prior landlord references, and a track record of stable employment (with a current income to rent ratio of at least 3X). Pet Policy (PLEASE READ): We allow small dogs (must be under 25lbs – sorry, no exceptions) and in most cases indoor-only cats. We allow a maximum of two pets per household.
