This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath home, perfect as a mid-term rental, offers a spacious family/living room with stunning hardwood floors. The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, making meal preparation a delight. Both bedrooms also feature beautiful hardwood floors, and the modern bathroom adds a touch of luxury. Stay cool in the summer with window A/C units and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Enjoy nearby attractions like Beardsley Zoo, Nob Hill Park, and Bridgeport's beautiful parks, all just minutes away. Additionally, you'll have one assigned parking space and ample street parking. NOB HILL PARK AREA -Great location -Smart lock + fast wifi -Professionally Monitored Alarm System -Fully stocked kitchen 1 small dog up to 20 lbs KITCHEN -Pots -Pans -Dishes -Silverware -Keurig Coffee Maker & Drip Coffee Maker -Oven with gas range -Microwave -Toaster -plus more -Coffee and tea, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper stocked to get you started The interior of this townhouse has been renovated however the kitchen is still waiting for her facelift! LIVING ROOM -flat screen smart Fire TV -Netflix,Hulu, and other TV apps can be accessed via your own account -*we do not provide cable* - A desk and a computer monitor are provided should you be in town for work! PARKING The unit comes with 1 assigned parking space. The assigned parking spot for this unit is a short walk across the street in the community parking lot (Enter lot from the opposite side).There is also ample street parking in the front of the building. LAUNDRY The community laundry room with prepaid card operated washers and dryers is a short 2 minute walk away. We do provide laundry pods to get you started. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -This is a furnished mid-term rental for temporary housing. Please do not apply if you are looking for a new primary residence. -Please let us know what brings you to town (work/personal) and how long you expect your assignment/stay to be -Minimum 1 month -No smoking/vaping -1 Dog up to 20 lbs allowed, Non-refundable $100/month pet fee -Utilities included up to $100/month -Internet Included -Required bi-weekly cleaning $70 ($140 per month) -Parties and events are not allowed -We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. -Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave. We respect our neighbors and do not want to bother them. Renting Made Simple We want your rental experience to be as easy and worry-free as possible. To keep things safe and efficient for everyone, we've put together a simple step-by-step process. This way, you'll have all the information you need up front, and we'll both know its a good fit before moving forward. Because this is a furnished mid-term rental, the process is slightly different from short-term stays, but it closely resembles traditional long-term leasing. We begin with an application and pre-approval before scheduling in-person showings. This approach helps save time for everyone, ensures applicants meet the qualifications, and gives you confidence that the rental process is secure and legitimate. Please note: Even though this is a mid-term rental, the legal requirements are similar to those of a standard long-term lease. APPLICATION PROCESS Step 1: Getting Started -Reach out to us and we'll send you a short video walk-through of the property so you can get a clear feel for the space right away. -Similar to how Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking operate, we don't offer in-person showings at the very beginning. This way, we confirm qualifications and avoid wasting time on tours that may not be the right fit. It also helps reassure you that this is a safe, legitimate rental process. -We're always happy to provide additional information and answer your questions. Once you've completed the pre-approval step (Step 2), we'll gladly schedule an in-person showing if you'd like to see the property before moving forward. Step 2: Pre-Approval -If you'd like to move forward after reviewing the video walk-through, please send us a message to let us know what brings you to town and how long you expect your assignment/stay to be -We'll invite you to complete a rental application and tenant screening through Zillow. If you already have a recent KeyCheck, Zillow or Avail screening, we may be able to use that instead. -Each adult occupant will need to complete their own screening. -At this stage, were only reviewing the screening results. Reference checks come later. -Once you've completed this step and qualify, we can now schedule an in-person showing of the property. Step 3: Full Approval -We'll begin contacting your references, prior landlords, and verifying employment or contract work. -To keep things moving quickly, please have this information handy if you didn't already include it in your application. Step 4: Lease & Move-In -Once approved, we'll send over the lease for signature. To officially reserve the home, we'll need: -One months security deposit ($2,500) -Move-out cleaning fee ($150) -First months rent ($2,500) Everything is handled online for your convenience. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, or debit cards (with standard processing fees). Sorry, we aren't able to accept cash, checks, or money orders. Once your lease is signed and payments are complete, the home is all yours! We'll provide move-in details and make sure everything is ready for a smooth, comfortable start to your stay.
