No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Strictly prohibited are underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but you can send the receipt and you'll be reimbursed.
