Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking of any kind in the unit and on the property is permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor.
