Adair Springs Cabin is rented out long term. The longer I know in advance allows me to accommodate guests. It would be ideal to book a year in advance. This very nicely decorated cabin is a vacation rental and located in Pinetop, Arizona on .22 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine at an elevation of 7075 feet. It is located in the White Mountain Club Village Subdivision. This is a vacation rental with all utilities paid for. This home is completely furnished and equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. Everything is provided! Adair Springs Cabin is 672 square feet and has two bedrooms, one bath and can sleep up to five people. It is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood-burning fireplace to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains have to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Trash pickup services every Tuesday. Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed and alarm clock; Second Bedroom Bunk Beds with a trundle; New carpet in both bedrooms; ceiling fans throughout; new wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, cable with two televisions, DVD player with 75 movies, Wi-Fi, and landline with free long distance. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heat. Activities and Attractions: Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, Shopping, and Restaurants are just some of the activities that are available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. Hon-Dah Casino with a restaurant is five miles away. Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, and picnic tables. The Snowflake Temple is a forty-minute drive away. Sunrise Ski Park is a forty-minute drive away. Shopping: Wal-Mart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away. Rates: $105.00 per night Sunday-Thursday, $110 per night Friday-Saturday, $575.00 per week (7 days), or $1600 per month. Payment is due seven days before arrival. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is also required to reserve the cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure.
