"REO" A new composite roof was put on in May, 2013. It has all new electrical outlets, switches, lighting and door handles. New vinyl windows and sliding glass door were installed in December of 2015; new 7-foot high privacy fencing was installed in December, 2016; a new HVAC system was installed in June, 2016; kitchen was remodeled in February, 2016; and the exterior got a fresh coat of paint. Both garage doors are now electric, each with two remotes, and one with a keypad entry. A security light has been installed entering the back yard and garage front solar lighting has been added (both in 2017). The back yard is in the middle of a huge landscaping project right now (April, 2017); front yard is next; then on to the staircase and bathrooms!
