Pets are not allowed in the property, this is a smoke free house, and are looking for a roommate who does not smoke or uses any type of recreational drugs. Roommate is free to use the living room, kitchen and laundry room. The renter is responsible for the cleaning of their room, bathroom, and or kitchen or laundry after each use.
