A laundry room was later added and therefore has been installed on the enclosed back porch and windows are of plexiglass. Landlord provides grass service. Tenants are asked to go through a nationwide background check, credit check (minimum of 600 required), and provide proof of income documentation when applying for the home. Applications are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5 pm at 2003 7th Street North, Clanton AL 35045. Each applicant will be required to pay a $50 application fee for the credit and background check. Terms: First month's rent, one month's security deposit and a $75 refundable key fee to be charged at time of contract/lease. SHOWINGS: Due to high volumes of calls, all applicants are prescreened by phone before showings. No animals, inside or outside. The landlord provides grass cutting during the Summer.
