Looking for one person occupancy in this cute open plan cottage. Located on a quiet dead-end street in old Leucadia. The unit faces south and is full of natural light! This residence has a private courtyard and on street parking for one small vehicle. It is a separate unit from the main house. It has its own private laundry shed with W/D. We are currently in the process of repainting and landscaping, so my pictures don't really do it justice! Wanted to get it posted though so we could take info and schedule some viewings.
