For stays of 21 days or longer, parking is available for $160 for the entire duration. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby. This property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking Biscayne Bay. South Beach is an 8-minute drive away. Wynwood, known for its murals, bars, restaurants, and boutiques, is just 5 minutes away. Brickell City Center is 2 miles south, and the Design District is 2 miles north. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are a few blocks south. Downtown Miami, with its many nightclubs, is also within a few blocks. The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and the residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, there is a charge of $100 per missing item.
