A state-of-the-art gym is also available on the RG level, open from 6 AM to 9 PM. Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days, or for stays of 21 days or longer, residential parking can be set-up for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. For reservations less than 21 days, you can pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Within the retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami's most iconic destinations, including South Beach (8 minutes/3 miles), Wynwood (5 minutes), Brickell City Center (2 miles south), Design District (2 miles north), Arsht Center & Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami Nightlife. Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. Occupancy is limited to 4 adults (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building; if your flight is delayed and you'll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas; construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday 9 AM-4 PM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
