Valet parking is the only available option, payable directly to the building with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights please inquire. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. This property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. A short drive will lead you to South Beach, where you can see glamorous cruises docked at The Port of Miami and Star Island. Wynwood, known for its captivating murals, vibrant bars, delectable restaurants, and unique shopping boutiques and galleries, is just minutes away. Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, and the Design District, a haven for fashion enthusiasts, are also nearby. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, world-class entertainment venues, are conveniently located a few blocks away. Downtown Miami, where this apartment is situated, is replete with nightclubs. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you'll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The Main Lobby will be closed. Temporary, clearly marked pathways will provide safe access. The Front Motor Lobby will be inaccessible. Ride shares and drop-offs may be slightly less convenient. Residential elevators will no longer stop at the main lobby level. Only service elevators will access the ground receiving area. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room. The Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. Includes a dedicated workspace and 400Mbps Wi-Fi.
