The building is currently undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and the residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. No visitors or any guests will be permitted to the apartment at anytime during stay for any reservation shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, there will be a charge of $100 per missing item. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work.
