An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach. A leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch at the heart of South Beach, will indulge your shopping and dining desires. The Grand is conveniently situated a mere 5 minutes away from Wynwood, Miami's coolest and trendiest neighborhood. Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is a short 2 miles south of The Grand. Heading 2 miles north of The Grand, you'll encounter the Design District. Just a few blocks south of The Grand, you'll find the conveniently located Arsht Center and Kaseya Center. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, and other areas.
