This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants, 10 minutes from outlet shopping, and 15 minutes from the Navy Base. Smoking indoors will incur an additional fee of $250. Additional fees include $250 for vomit/bodily fluid or waste, $250 for illegal drug paraphernalia, $200 for glitter or confetti, $200 per unauthorized pet, $50 for dirty dishes, and $20 per missing towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $99. Guests are required to maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Events or parties are not allowed. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person.
