You have to apply to the park ($75 app fee) before purchase. The rules are, they will run your application like you will be the one living there, but do allow the home to be rented out. The home can not be moved from the park until you have had the lot 5 years. I've had full offers that I have accepted, but due to the buyers not having a w-2 showing income inflow, the park has not approved them. ie: just because you have a large amount of money in your bank account, doesn't mean you will be approved. You have to show income coming in. Investors you will not be able to use the projected income to get approved with the park. Unit B, I had someone redo the bathroom as the floors were soft and needed attention. On the exterior, I've had the gutters cleaned (June of 2024). Both porches were repaired and painted from white to black. I had a pipe burst under the home last year and had that repaired, along with the septic tank pumped in March of 2025..
