If the Jack Russells have a problem with your animal, this may not be the right place for you. They get along with most dogs, but a meet and greet should come with your dog. There is a laundry hookup in a laundry area. Tenant is responisble for Electric (Butler Electric and Natural gas PSEG.) Landlord pays water. 12 month lease. Apartment is ground level, so it should be a good pick for someone who has trouble climbing stairs. I'm looking for a long term tenant.
