We have 2 rooms for rent in this 3 X 3 condo. All renters are responsible for splitting utilities. Cable and internet are included. I have a beautiful 2 story condo that has two vacant rooms I'm looking to fill with clean and respectful roommates. The condo is about a 10 minute drive from campus and is right next to one of the bus stops, so it is in a very convenient location. We just completed a renovation that included: ripping out all the carpet and replacing it with LVP, updating all the kitchen appliances, replacing the countertops, new paint, and getting a brand new HVAC unit. This complex is also filled with amenities like a 24 hour gym, a pool, and a game area. Around the complex you'll find trails that are surrounded by trees, perfect for walks at any time. A little about me, I'm a hardworking guy transferring in as a junior majoring in agricultural economics with a focus on real estate finance, I take pride in my work. I work best in a clean environment so it is necessary that the main areas are kept clean and organized. I go to the gym about 5 times a week and am currently looking into getting my first motorcycle, which I'm really looking forward to. I also play a bit of video games when I have free time. Long story short I'm looking for someone who is respectful of my space and hopefully have common interests!
