We completed building this new duplex in Old Colorado City in 2018. After it was complete we decided to try out the short term rental and fully furnished our space will all the modern amenities. Currently, we are transitioning into different jobs and don't have the flexibility to manage the short-term rental. We are looking for 1-2 tenants, that need a furnished space and is centrally located within the west side. The unit is a ground level 900 square foot apartment and includes the following: One bedroom with Queen mattress fully furnished One bedroom with two twins or can be converted into queen Full kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware and utensils included). Wash and dryer Full bathroom 52" T.V. (with Roku) Each bedroom has a closet, with a linen closet in the bathroom, and a storage closet near the back door. Separate entrance from the street side of the house. Each room has it's own A/C and heating unit. Street parking only with possibility of off street parking for a fee. Bike paths and trails are accessible. Expect water, gas, and electric to be approx. $75-$125 depending on usage. Internet not included.
