Partially covered driveway parking space. Monitored alarm system with security cameras. I have a few extra TVs if needed. Near Nike and Elmonica/SW 170th Station (Red & Blue lines), the house was built in 2024. Please note: there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms on the 3rd floor of the house. This may not be ideal for individuals with mobility issues. One year lease. Street parking is available. Parking in the driveway is negotiable. No smoking allowed inside. I will allow a small dog, cat, or a pair of either. I don't think I can take a fairly large dog like a St. Bernard or Great Dane, but let's discuss. A Pet deposit of $500 is required.
