Great area! This is a tiny house. It is big enough for a couple or a family of 3. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities. No smoking is allowed inside the tiny house, but is allowed to smoke 25ft away from the house. Parking area for 2 cars allowed. Storage shed available. Refrigerator is not provided.
