If Tenant suspects or becomes aware of a potential problem with the water, plumbing, electrical system, or suspects a gas leak, Tenant will notify Landlord immediately. If a lien is put on the property due to tenant's nonpayment of utility bill, tenant will pay the lien and any fines and expenses associated with paying off that lien.. Landlord will pay for sewer, trash. Any installation and service costs for a security system, phone line, or internet are the responsibility of Tenant. Any wall jacks, telephone or cable installation shall remain with the Property. Satellite dishes are not allowed to be attached to property.
