This house is one of the most avant-garde modernist houses built in the 1940's. The home situated on 8 street to street lots, features one huge bedroom with sitting/work area and bath. Sunken living room with fireplace, and loft for extra sleeping or office. The sloped ceilings and floating roof line provide an unexpected and surrealistic experience.
